Form and Formless

Picture
While it is important to have a form to work in, the "True Essence" is found in the formless, the feeling and the experience you have in your own body.  My approach is integral, combining what I have found to be powerful aspects of many beautiful and unique traditions.  Yogicly speaking, I draw from the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya as spread to the West through Viniyoga, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda. A deep emphasis is given to breath and Pranic (energy) awareness.  My studies and understandings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Anatomy, Physiology, Shamanic, Judaic, Qi-Gong studies, time in nature and my personal life experiences are all an integral part of what I share.   I am who I am, through my diverse experiences and learning. Through this realization we are all teachers and guides waiting to find our path.

Yoga

By slowing down our day, slowing down and observing the breath and body, we reconnect with what is real and present.  We can then begin to open space for compassion and understanding.

"Once we cultivate peace internally, it manifests itself in the world around us."

Qigong

Picture
The Primordial Qigong  is a series of gentle movements that recharges you like a battery with deep breathing and full body motion. It blends the basic "primordial" creative energies of Nature with the personal energy of the human body.

"Connect to the subtle pulsations of energy within the body and become the flow."

Shaman Mystic

Picture
The Shamanic Path is a path of understanding the workings of the world we experience internally and externally.
"This is the practice of Mysticism, to stand in nature and scream to the wind, that I am here.  I am connected and in this space.  I am eternal love and light, begging to be recognized in and throughout the universe, for we are not separate, only ever changing and the same."
