The Experience

Picture
The foundation of this workshop is the four directions of The Native American Medicine Wheel and the heart opening energy of cacao. We begin with a cup of 100% pure cacao from Guatemala, sacred plant medicine in the Mayan tradition. Cacao helps to open the heart chakra and bridge the connection with spirit. We then flow into an asana class connecting with the elements, the four directions and associated archetypes of the medicine wheel, use this ancient wisdom as our guide, releasing what no longer serves us in order to make room to manifest in our lives. We will acknowledge and honor the energy of cacao as we step on the path to self-realization and manifestation.

This workshop incorporates various meditation and healing technique.  Live music of traditional Yoga Bhajans and Icharos (Medicine Songs) are played to deepen the process.  The ceremony then moves into a sound healing session, to draw you deeper into the journey.

Shadow Work

Cacao is a guide into the darkness of what we have hidden inside, to draw out our fears and to reveal our true nature.

Gifts & Creativity

Cacao is a creativity enhancer and helps to draw the gifts and beauty within to the forefront of your awareness.
